• Veiled Chameleon acting strangely

  I have a male veiled chameleon that has been acting strange for he past 10 days. he is about 2 years old, has been fed, crickets, mealworms, and wax worms. Just the other day he would not use one back leg. He will use it but doesn't. The grip in that foot is low but has some grip. After that he was sleeping on the bottom of his cage. He will eat but is not shooting his tongue out anymore, we have to place food in his mouth. He appears weak, and I don't think he has gotten enough calcium powder. One eye looks sunken in to his face. Any help with be greatly appreciated.

  my dog won't eat, and when he poops, it's only a clear mucus. he also has been peeing much more than usual for about 2 weeks. any ideas?

  westie is very thin on back legs all of sudden, he also drinking and weeing ALOT, which the urine often smells fishy. now he not eating much and has little energy

• Bowel Problems

  My 11 year old calico cat has been having problems with her bowels lately. She doesn't sit properly (and will either be in a "pouncing position" or will lay down), and constantly has feces either half coming out, or surrounding her bum (almost like she's constipated and has diaherrea at the same time). There also feels like a bump when you apply slight pressure to the right side of her stomach and has lost a lot of weight. She doesn't appear to be in any pain and has a healthy appetite. I've been away for the past month at school and was home for the first time this past weekend. Over the course of the weekend she appeared to be getting better. What's causing...

• Our dog has HOD -

  Freddie, our 6-month-old Irish Setter has HOD. He has been sick about three weeks. He's getting Rimadyl for the pain, but it doesn't seem to be working as well as it did at first. Do you have any suggestions? Since starting the Rimadyl he has really bloody stools, almost liquid. He has never had parasites. I had our vet do a fecal lab check to make sure. Also, should we give him his heartworm pill (Iverhart) and his flea treatment (Advantage) while he is so sick? Thank you!

• A wound maybe? Rash?

  10 yr old Pembroke Welsh Corgi Now, i know have obesity and constipation marked but i feel the wound is more important at the moment and will get to the rest later. I came across, what looked like, some sort of rash on my dogs..... left? Shoulder. I saw it for a couple weeks, just thought it was this small patch of hair missing, it was a small scab at first but it never developed any worse over time so i figured it was just something that was going to heal. I don't know if he scratched it open or what but as i examined it closer tonight i saw that it was a layer or so of skin and hair peeling off, scabby looking, puss? maybe, unerneath, and of course, it was...

  Hi, I need urgent advice.My hamster,one and a half year old syrian female,is sick.For a past 3 days her eyes are sticky,and there is pus slightly red coloured,blood alike.One of her eyes is bigger then normal.She is not eating much,drinking less then usual.I`m very worried because she`s looks weak and sleeping most of the time.I`m wondering what is the reason of this sickness and how can i help her fighting this infection.Little bit about everyday routine may be helpfull.So first of all i`m using safe wood shaving according to producent,but i noticed there was a structual change in my last pack of shaving (it was difficult,at least more then ever,to separate them from...

• 20 Year Old Cat Issues

  Big Kitty - 20 year old Female I have been watching my Cat lose weight and get worse for about 3 months. She now weighs 5 pounds and is skin and bones. I give her some thyroid medicine 2X per day. The lymph node on the right side under her chin is inflamed and it appears she has something going on under her tough. She is drooling constantly. Whenever she eats or drinks the drooling get worse. About two weeks ago her breathing has become labored. She will gasp for breath with her month open and her right eye lid has rolled up. She looks bad and is moving slow. • Seems to be sick wondering if maybe it is the flu?

  A week ago my cat was sick for a couple of days. She laid in her bed and slept for almost a day and half refusing to eat at all and drank very little. Then she starting eating and drinking again and she is pretty much herself. However, when she meows there is hardly any sound, and she coughs and gags quite a bit. She brings up yellowish mucus at least once or twice a day for the last two days. We thought maybe she had the flu because my husband had it. Is that possible or is this something more serious? She is only a year and half and is up to date on all her shots.
