My puppy received her twelve week shots today, which included the distemper, parvo, parainfluenza, lepto, and corona virus. Since then, she has vomited three or four times, refuses to eat and drink, and has been asleep for almost all of the day. When she does wake up, she walks a few steps, then lays down and falls asleep. Should i be seriously concerned about these behaviors?

Cat with allergies
Posted on 2009/03/03 by Usermy 7 year old cornish rex does not bother my allergies at all but he has TERRIBLE allergies himself! He sneezes and slings mucous all over constantly! Even goes into "sneeze attacks" as we call them sometimes, where he will just sneeze over and over for about a 30 seconds to a minute. It started when he was about 2. We have taken him to several vets (each several times). They usually give me some type of drops to put in his nose about twice a day and a couple even gave me an anti-biotic. While taking the medicines he gets better, but as soon as he's off the meds... it comes right back. One vet told me to just give him benedryl and I have and it helps...

eye problem
Posted on 2009/03/08 by JenI have a male cat (who will be 3 June 3rd) who has eye drainange and congestion off and on all his life. It started when he was about 6 months old, but it always goes away after about a week or too for months at a time. (Other symptoms possibly related that have come up this time - weight loss, vomiting(only two signs of it and has not done so for over a week), limping on front left paw for two days a week ago.)

ill guinea pig
Posted on 2009/03/21 by BevI have a 5 year old female guinea pig, it has a stickey eye and it keeps rocking backwards and forwards, and when it breathes, it sounds like it has a whistley nose. These are the same symtoms that my other guinea pig had that died a few weeks ago, i am not sure what it is and im worried that the same happens again.

Blood In Urine
Posted on 2009/03/28 by UserMy 13 year old act was anaesthetised last week to be de-matted.He also had some teeth taken out. He has not been the same since.A few days ago he started sneezing and also has a runny eye.He is really snuffly.He also has really bad breath. Around 4/5 days ago,I noticed pools of liquid,tinged with red around the house.I followed him into the hall last night and he weed on the floor.It was mostly blood.I took him to the vets today and they said he had an infection in his gums and gave him an antibiotic injection.They said the blood in his urine could be down to the anaesthetic.However,earlier,he sneezed and had two drops of blood on his face.Also where he had been lying...

What to give a cat with allergies
