  • Breeding/Pregnancy

I have a male & female rabbit (7mo. old). They had babies on April 8. After separating them, I had the male neutered 4 days later. I obviously didn't separate them in time because they had 3 more babies on May 8. Yesterday (June 14), the female became somewhat aggressive and began building a nest. Her nipples appear to be larger and it appears she is pregnant. I'm wondering several things: 1) is it possible that the vet didn't neuter the male correctly 2) The babies would have been between 5-6 weeks old -- can they mate when they are that young? 3) What about false pregnancy?

  • Cat only had 1 kitten

My 2yr old siamese went into labour yesterday at 2:00Pm,she had one kitten which came breech and did not survive she did everything normally(cleaning, licking, ate afterbirth etc.)Her labour was a bit hard and she had trouble expelling the fetus I had to help. After she was finished the first birth she stopped having contractions and any signs of labour. Is this normal?this is her first pregnacy.I've read that sometimes if a cat is stressed that they may stop thier labour and not continue in some cases for up to 24-48hrs later,is this so?Should I be concerned? Are there many cases of a cat only having one kitten?

  • Jumping/Pregnancy

yes,I HAVE A BLACK LAB.HE IS 7 MONTHS OLD,VERY GOOD DOG.HE DIGS A LITTLE BIT.ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO MY SIS MOVED IN .SHE HAS A pit bull and birddog mix,(stella) who keeps jumping the fence in our yard, how do we get her to stop? We also suspect that she may be pregnant by my lab, she stopped her period early and has been steadily gaining weight but they are both very young dogs so we wanted to know if there's a certain age before they can produce or what signs to look for.

  • abortion options

I have a 7 year old dog that has never been breed she went into her normal heat cycle about 2 weeks ago. I caught a free roaming neighborhood dog in my yard breeding her a couple of days ago. I was wondering what my options are. Is there an abortion pill for dogs? or is an extensive spade the only option?

  • Our cat is nursing 2 litters, 7 kittens all together. 4 are a week old and 3 are 4 days old. She has done well and I've helped some by alternating giving them formula. Today she has been pushing the runt off and it is very weak and barely takes formula. Is there anything I can do? It only weighs about an ounce, it's so tiny and tired.

  • Hello, I am a bit confused!!!

Hi, Do U remember when I told U that Isabella only had one baby? Well there was only one baby. The baby was very active and it came out of the house a few times. I thought it was very small for 2 ½ weeks old! But I figured it would grow... It would squeeeeeeeek and annoy me have to death but one day after school it did not make a sound. I got worried and to check. After looking in here house I found the baby in a corner dead. ): It was sad! :( After we checked out Isabella and she looks like an over filled water balloon! She is HUGE! She looks like she could pop out babies RIGHT NOW! I was wondering if she could have had the first early, like premature? Since ...
