Posted on 2009/03/04 by UserOur 11 year old mixed dog, part terrier, has recently for the last few months, had episodic seizures where he just falls over to the side and lays there for about 60 - 120 seconds , usually motionless, and sometimes with high cry of pain for 15 seconds. Time to die?
Posted on 2009/03/28 by JaniceI have an almost 10-yr old rottweiler with cancer. She had her front leg amputated almost one year ago. In the last 48-hours, she stopped moving completely, very shallow breathing, and cries in pain. Is it time to put her down?

border collie losing control of legs in a day
Posted on 2009/04/03 by Useri have an older border collie. this morning he was fine , then by the afternoon he was walking a little funny and now he can barely stand. he doesn't seem to be in any pain . it's like his back legs are asleep. is there any disease or poison that could cripple my dog this way so quickly? besides today, he has always been a very healthy dog and there is nothing he could have gotten into in the yard. my yard does border a park though so it's possible someone could have thrown a poison over the fence. thanks for any advise you can give me. darin
