my 12 year old dachshound got a Dhl+P+P+Corona shot yesterday, this morning he had a lump on his side around his stomach and if I touch it he yaps. what can it be?

Posted on 2008/02/25 by UserMy 7yr 62lb golden Max went to the vet 10days ago with symtoms of not eating, shaking, hind legs seem painful. He has trouble getting up and going down stairs and bending down to go to the bathroom. They took Xrays and he did show a very small amt of arthirtis in lower back and in hips but nothing major. They also did a blood test and all of his organs showed in good health. He has been on antibiotics and rymidal since and it seems like nothing has changed. He will seem like he feels better for a few hours and then we are right back to where we were. I have another appt for him this week but is there anything you can think of that I can bring up to his vet to check...

hip dysplasia
Posted on 2008/02/27 by LisaMy 12yo dog has hip dysplasia really bad. she is on toradol (rimadyl shut down her kidneys before). Her back end collapses when trying to walk lately, she cant come upstairs and has to lay down when going for a walk every few feet and She has alot of trouble getting up also. what to do?

Posted on 2008/03/08 by randymy dog was diagnosed 2 1/2 weeks ago with a pinched nerve advised to be isolated from the other pets. he has been on medication methocapbamol and medrol. he still is yelping loudly and seems to be sleeping when not yelping. we are worried something more serious may be wrong

Dog with watery eye
Posted on 2008/03/10 by UserMy 6 year old black lab is sick. She has one eye that waters continuously. The light bothers it and she won't let me touch it. She also has blood in her mucus. She has so much mucus that she is constantly snorting it and licking it off her nose. She sleeps all day and doesn't excited about anything anymore. She is losing weight and doesn't eat much. This has been going on for a month and the vet doesn't know what it is. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.

9 day old puppy is constipated

Have stimulating the back, placing in warm water, Karo syrup and water, Gas-X, and liquid glycerin supp (though couldn't get much in). Puppy has been doing well and nursing.
