  My dog is moaning and acting like she in pain she hasnt ate for four days and she wont come when I holler for her and she falls when she trys to get up

• Arthritis??

  My dog Beans has had a limp for over two weeks. I have taken him to the vet twice and all they could come up with is very mild arthritis (that shouldnt make him limp as much as he is). They gave us Rimadyl, but it doesnt seem to be helping at all. He still wants to go on walks and play, even though i havent let him play very much. Do you have any advice on how I could make him feel better or what else could be causeing this problem? Thank you

  my chihuahua has sore elbows, he is always licking at them and whimpering can i give him aspirin and if so how much?

  I have a 4yr old staff terrier who has a reaccuring skin rash .. mainly concentrated in her armpits and belly . it starts as a small pimple like bump that swells and swells till it pops on its own leaking white , clear , and red fluid iv treated her with both topical cream on the skin as well as antibiotics by mouth .. the antibiotics seem to help but it always returns as soom as she comes off the meds . its been ongoing for about two years .. and seemed to start when she was swimming in a pond and scratched her tummy on an old pipe in he water ... what can i do any advice please help !! thank you my e-mail is mlinder5@verizon.net

• My cat has a swollen leg

  My cat returned home yesterday after a couple of nights limping on his front left leg. The leg is swollen. He can apply some pressure on it but it is obviously painful. I thought I'd wait a day to assess if the swelling gets worse before taking him to the vet. Is there anything else I can do?

• Not a clue what's going on

  About 5 days ago Homer started screaming out when we would pet his ear. Then it continued when he started doing it when no one was around him, just out of no where, and it wasn't just his ear after that. If you touch his legs, neck or feet he screams loud. A couple nights ago he started pacing back and forth very slow while panting and holding his head straight out. While doing this he also convulses with a blank stare in his eyes. He can not lay down, when he tries the second his stomach hits the floor he screams. This screaming that he does ranges from ear piercing to just whincing for sometimes 10-15 seconds.

• She whines everytime we touch her?

  Ellie 2 days ago was acting like her back left leg was hurting so we were feeling it and she whined if we touched it or even if we got near it. The next day i gave her food she didnt eat, shes usually has her ears straight up but she had them down at all times she wanted us but wouldnt let us touch her. We dont think she was dropped or anything like that. Now she wont let us touch her shes even getting worse she hides from us she wont eat she whines even if noone is around we think she is in big pain. She has never acted this way before she acts as if shes gonna die or shes given up hope of living. I cant stand to see her like this so if anyone knows whats wrong please...

• My Shih Zhu is not moving around. It just started last night.

  My shih zhu is not moving around at all. It started last night at bed time. She wimpers when I pick her up around her middle. I just adopted her 2 weeks ago from a breeder, she is 5. I was informed a week ago that she could be pregnant, by accident and would be due June 17th. I also gave her a dewormer 3 days ago. What is wrong with her? Christy

• Ear infection?

  My 6 year old rotwieller has alot of foul odar drainage in his ear. It is red and very painful. He also has very swollen glands in his neck.. He has been to the vet once and it did not help. Can you tell me what to have the vet check for?
