I was brushing out my 4 year old cat and notice that she had a lot of white flacks in her hair. She also was shedding alot more hair then normal. She has gained some weight in the last few months. I would say that she was small in size and now is more normal weight.

Bloody Discharge with Bowel Movement
Posted on 2008/02/22 by CandiWhat might be the cause of a bloody mucus discharde with her stool. I have spotted 2 spots of what appears to be blood on the carpet. Also, she jumped out of the litter box and dropped a small piece of stool with the discharge on it.

Sick for 3 days
Posted on 2008/06/15 by UserMy dog has been vomiting for 3 days now and I just gave him Cephalexin but I have a medicine called Metociopramide which my vet said is for vomiting but I am not sure if I should give him that also. My dog has not eaten anything different and for the last 3 days he has not eaten anything at all. Nothing is coming up in his vomit except a water substance there is no blood or food so I am not sure what to do

My cat is urinating all over my house, he just started doing this whitin the last two months. Sometimes we see blood in his urine. I was just wondering if you could tell me what could be causing this?

Both cats are losing fur on rear thighs and legs (its almost gone!). Last month we changed cat litter, it's the only change I've made since we adopted them as kittens. Samantha is worse than Sheeba. I've just noticed it, but considering the loss it looks like it may have been going on for about a week. I've notice more licking and grooming in those areas. Please help...I can't afford to take them to the vet right now....my husband has taken a cut in pay and we're still trying to adjust. Thank you so much.

frequent urinating
Posted on 2008/02/28 by CatherineJust recently she had been urinating a lot when she goes out she'll go maybe 4-5 times and lately she's been wanting to go out around 12:30 sometimes 3:00am and again go 4-5 times Can you tell me what this is from my vet said it may be a urinary infection or onstart of Diabetes don't have much appetite only when you give her table food she's picky about her dog food Can I do anything about the urining? Please help
