we came home and found our 4 yr old rat terrier was unable to get up on her own. when she walks she is very wobbly and unstable in the back end. she does not appear to be in any pain, but it is making her nervous. she will eat but we can't get her to take water. she appeared fine this morning when we went to work.

cat-very worried

It first occurred 2 weeks ago but disappeared that day, today however it has come back and when she tries to stand up she's like a lame horse getting up and falling back over. Any insight I thought originally it was cramp or something as she'd been lying on it but today it has continued longer than just cramp?

strange behavior
Posted on 2008/12/20 by Usermy rabbit is not doing so well. he has this wierd head tilt going on and the eye on the side of his head that is facing the ground is pinkish on the edge and i think its swollen shut because he doesn't open it. i love my rabbit with all my heart and i need help. i'd take him to a vet but we don't have money... please help!!!

My 8 yr old golden tore his acl 2 months ago...again. Now his foot is colder than the rest of him and his bones feel diff in that leg and of course the muscles feel atrophied. Is all this normal?

luxating patella in my Pomeranaian

It happened again yesterday and she is still holding the leg up today. My question is do I need to get her to her vet immediately or should I wait and see if it goes back into place?

What's wrong with my cat
Posted on 2008/12/24 by UserMy cat has been acting odd lately: he wont eat or drink anything, hes lost a ton of weight, he is sneezing alot, and he just lays in the same spot all the time and wont move. That has been going on for about a week. Then this morning at 6, he was meaowing really loudly as if in pain(he hardly ever meows), so i picked him up and brought him into my room, he has a bloody nose, and he cant stand or walk witout his legs giving out from under him. What's wrong with him?
