My chichiachua ate half a pill of tylenol cold multi symptom and he seems to have gotten an allergic reaction to the medecine he is only 7 months old what can i do?

Posted on 2008/11/12 by Kathywe have a 1 1/2 yr old male neutered cat. a cat that loves food he was healthy and full of energy yesterday and today he can't stand up without falling over. he does eat some and he urinates in the litter box but doesn't go the other way any clues what is going on.

wound on chin & brown discharge in ear
Posted on 2008/11/13 by RaquelA month ago my cat started scratching his chin so bad that he has an open wound. It started spreading to his ears and eyes so I took him to the vet. They said he was most likely grown allergic to the food I was feeding him and has a bacteria infection. They gave him shots of steroids and medication which I gave him but only the ears and eyes cleared up. Even though I have changed his food his chin has gotten worse. Now his left ear seems swollen, red and has nasty brown discharge, this is different this how his ears were the first time. It is obvious he is in pain when I touch it but I cannot afford to go back to the vet. Any advice?

Excessive scratching
Posted on 2008/11/24 by MichaelWe have two 5 month old yorkies and the girl is constantly scratching around her neck and ears. we first thought it might be ear mites, but have treated her for ear mites and figured the male would get the ear mites too if she had them. what could be the cause of all this scratching?

It is constant and altho I have treated her for ear mites and cleaned it with otc cleaners, it never seems to clear up.. what might it be and how might it be treated. There is also a lot of dark goop ..

poorly little kitten
Posted on 2008/12/22 by Userhi ive got a new kitten 5 weeks old today. we took her for her vaccinations today, and also got and used some ear mite props. we also changed her food. shes being really lathagic ans sleepy and not very responsive to anything and really shy compared to what she usually is. shes looks really ill. shes also very small (shes the runt of the litter) any advice??
