Worried about my kitten
Posted on 2009/06/20 by UserHello my kitten Jess had her first vaccines on Monday. She is 12 weeks old. But since yesterday I have noticed that shes turning her nose up at her food, and today I keep finding these little patches on the floor which look like spit. Could this be a delayed reaction to the vaccines or maybe something else? Shes normally a very lively playful kitten but today she just appears to be lethargic and has slept all day. I am grateful for any help on this, Julie

Dog drooling (thick white strings from...
Posted on 2009/07/02 by UserTook my dog for a walk and his breath sounded weird...like a cough that wouldn't come up. Then after a few, I noticed that he had drool...long like strings coming from the sides of his mouth. Carried him back, tried to get him to drink, but he wouldn't; He's now laying down (looking ok) but didn't know if I should be concerned on the drooling. It was thick like, and white in color, and I've never seen it before.

I have a small dog and she has been perfectly fine until yesterday afternoon. She stumbled down the stairs into our living room where she fell over and started to pee. She then sclosed her eyes and stopped breathinf for a few seconds. We rushed her to our vet they did blood work and ex-rays and everything was fine. They said it was either epilepsy or a brain tumor. Now all she does is basically lay in the floor and pant and shake. Do you have any ideas or suggestions

VERY, VERY, SICK LOVING PET!!!! HELP!!!
Posted on 2009/07/12 by UserMy dog, a shitzu named taz, is very sickly. I took him out yesterday evening to use the restroom, he tried and tried but nothing happend. I took him back out a little later, but still nothing. His back was still hunched as if he was still trying to go. So eventually we went to sleep, but woke this morning to find that he had vomitted. When i tried to retrieve him from under my bed he snapped and slightly bit my hand! At first i thought he might just be constipated but now i think it may be something far more than constipation! Now he is in the restroom, he wont come out, eat drink, NOTHING! As if this isn't sad enough, we haven't the funds to take him to a vet, but at...

cat coughing frantically
Posted on 2009/07/21 by UserDear Sir or Madam, Last week i took my 7 year old cat poppy to the vets as her lower lip was swollen. The vet diagnosed her to have an infection in the sweat gland on the tip of her chin. He then gace her a antibiotic injection. She seemed fine for a couple of days however today she is coughing aggresively and very frequently and occasionly sneezing. She seems totaly different from her normal self, she is more subdued. we are quite concern about her as she seems very distressed. I would be very grateful for any adivce you may have or whether you would recommend me taking her to our local vet in the morning. Regards Helen Wellard
