My cat is 5-6yrs. old, we just moved across country and she was doing fine, but the past two and a half weeks she suddenly stopped eating and hasn't eaten anything and two days ago she started dry-heaving and drooling...? I plan on taking her to a vet this week, but just thought i'd try this too since it's the weekend...

After CHF diagnosis - what's normal
Posted on 2008/12/17 by MelissaMy dog was diagnosed with CHF 2 months ago. She is on Lasix, Benazapril and Vetmedin. She seems to be happy and doing well; however, last night she woke up coughing and had shortness of breath. We both eventually went back to sleep and she seems fine today except very tired. Is this normal?

Is he ok??
Posted on 2008/09/20 by UserHi, we just got our dog from a shelter. He is one year old, and has kennel cough. He goes pee very often (about every 15 or 20mins) and his heart rate is beating pretty fast. Is this something we should be concerned about? He is on doxycycline for the kennel cough.

Leo's health
Posted on 2008/09/26 by BrianLeo is gagging with a slight gurggle but producing no vomit. He is also panting heavily. It has been going on for 5 days but is getting worse. Do you have any ideas of what it could be? And what treatment would you suggest?

Does my dog have a cold
Posted on 2008/10/01 by UserI have a stray dog that has been at my house for about two weeks. She seems to be healthy. Last night she started coughing, wheezing, gagging and sneezing. Should I take her the vet or is this common this time of the year with the weather changing?

overdose of dewormer
Posted on 2008/10/06 by UserI adopted a jack russell from the humane society and was not told that they had given him a dewormer, finding worms in his stool I took him to the vet that nuetered him and he gave him a dewormer. This dog weighs 13lbs. and is on amoxocillan. He is not himself all he does is sleep and when he has a bowel movement it is a dark green jello type. Is it possible for him to have been overdosed and what can I do to help him feel better?
