My hamster has blood in urine and I took her to the vet and he said she has a urine infection. He gave me baytril for to give to the hamster every 12 hours for 10 days. It was clearing up but when I finished the meds it came back. Now he gave me sulfamethoxazole to give the hamster every 12 hours for 1 month. I have been using it for 5 or 6 days and no improvement. Any ideas. She seems to be acting normal though.

Hi :) My son's hamster has had a lump under her left arm/shoulder. It has been slowly growing. She hasn't been acting any differently (eating, etc). Last night I looked on her abdomen and there are about 4 small lumps (looks like swollen lg pimples). Is there anything I can do for her? She's about 2 years old. Thanks in advance for any advice.

my hamster was cold and shivering and flat when he woke up and after a while he was acting normal but he is still cold and i don't think he was drinking water.i heard he might be trying to hibernate but im not sure is he okay?
