  I have a 2 yr old Fox Red Lab that seems to have allergy problems. He frequently sneezes, rubs his nose on the carpet, and sometimes has alot of discharge on his eyes. Would it be ok to give him Clariton or another generic form of Clariton?

  i have two pet japanese quails and they have been mating fow a couple of days now - are there any signs i should look for to see if the female is pregnant or anything special i should do if she does lay eggs?

  My 9 year old male parakeet has been eating 24/7.. non stop eating. He has never been like this before, and I'm worried there is something wrong with him.

• Bird won't stop laying egg

  How can I get my parakeet to stop laying infertile eggs? I heard about a shot to give them to get them to stop but wasn't sure about it. I've tried many things to get her to stop.

• wings problem in pigeons

  i have many pigeons, recently some pigeons are facing loss of wings. New feathers are not growing and hence they cannot fly. Is there any solution to this disease?

• Is my cockatiel eggbound or does she have a tumor?

  My pet cockatiel has had a history of laying infertile eggs, about 4 eggs per clutch. However yesterday I noticed that she has a large bump about the size of a large marshmallow on her back near her tail feathers. I am wondering if she is eggbound, has a tumor or what and what I should do.

• Parakeet possibly sick?

  My parakeet seems to be fluffing his feathers more and is not as actie as he used to be hes more agressive with the other bird in his cage who he used to get along really well with.His poop is smaller than it normally is.What could be wrong with him and do I need to take him to a vet now?

  can anybody tell me, why my parrot would hate me so much? as i am the only family member who pays any interest to her,yet anyone can go straight to the cage and she will put her head up to be stroked,yet i go to the cage ang she goes straight in to attact me! this sometimes gets really annoying as i wolud love her to respond to me as she does to others!

• My finche fell and broke his leg & wing!

  I have a small Finche, I'm taking care of him last 1,5 years, and 3 days ago, the cage fell and he broke his leg & wing, he is ok, but I am worried he's in pain, he is trying to half fly in cage and leg looks very bad. Can vets help small bird like him?? Please help.

• my african greay has polyuria/diarrhe

  Hello, I have a CAG who is about 2 years old. i traveled for 2 weeks during which a friend of mine was taking care of him. however, the parrot was transferred to my friends house for a couple of days. when i came back, i noticed the Silvester ( my parrot) was not talking any more and he had smelly and brownish watery poop. his appetite did not change, however, he was drinking a of water and was a bit restless, screaming frequently even in my presence, which was not the norm. this situation has been going on for a week now. the poop seems to be polyuria more that diarrhea; however i cant confirm. i am in Nigeria and i don't know any vets around. your help is highly...
