my 4 year old miniature poodle has suffered from regular bouts of diahorrea ever since we had him from a rescue home at 10 months old. His diet has been changed on medical advice several times over the years but it still is not improved. his stools have been tested but no-one seems to know what the problem is. He is never really unwell when he has it and still wants to eat. Vets have said he need a blood test to find out but what will that show? Do you have any ideas or advice?

We collected her from the previous owner 5 days ago and she was terrified. I showed my girlfriend how to communicate with the cat and after 2 days of her living with us, the cat was completely different, playful, affectionate, etc. She spends more time with my girlfriend then me as I'm at work in the day and Lilly follows her around, playing with her completely at ease. now the cat has started to hiss at me and shy away from me when I get home. I continue to feed her, play with her but once that is over the cat hides away and hisses again. What should I do?

13 week old lab is frequently urinating
Posted on 2009/07/03 by LaurenMy dog is going to the bathroom over 20 times a day. She has been going in the house multiple times and has been potty trained for over 2 months. I think she may have a urinary tract infection but I haven't seen blood in her urine. She also seems to have problems sleeping. Should I take her to the vet?
