daisy gave birth one week ago everything went well this was her first and last litter as the dad has just been neutered read lots on the birth and pups which i found confusing could you put me in the right direction with things like when do i take them out to the vet worming etc

vomiting and not drinking water
Posted on 2008/10/01 by UserMy 4 year old Golden retriever mix vomited yesterday white foam and wouldn't eat most of the day. She finally ate last night. She got us up in the middle of the night to go out and didn't do anything. Then she got us up again with vomiting. She vomited whole pieces of food from last night. She also has been hiccuping intermittently for the past 2 days. Her stomach also gurgles--you can hear it across the room. I gave her some simethecone in case of gas. Today she will not eat at all or drink water. What else should I do?

Our dog has sudden swelling under her eye and just behind her nose. What could this be? I did give her a few scraps of pork after dinner and a bite of instant mashed potato. That's the only thing I can think of that is different.

massive weight loss
Posted on 2008/11/12 by brittanyI have dog that has massive weight loss, diarrhea, and non active any more. she is being fed massive amounts and still has no change in her weight. she continuously losses weight. she has had the parvo vaccine when she come down with it once. is it possible she could have it again even tho there is no discoloration in her stool? or could it be something else?
