  • cat is missing the litter box

My cat urinates at the very edge of the litter box and is now often missing and getting it on the floor. How can I help his aim?? I've put some papers around the box but he started pawing at them like his litter and I don't want him to think the papers are an extension of the litter box. I even bought a bigger box, but he still keeps to the edge!

  • I have a cat that is about 11 years old. Every few months he goes through a period of a couple of weeks where he urinates around the house. It normally lasts for a couple of weeks and then is fine for a couple of months. This been going on for the last 5 years or so. Does this sound like a behavioral problem, or could this be a medical problem?

  • how can i help my cat adjust?

we were living in a rental property this summer and adopted an abandoned cat who the landlord believed belonged to the previous tenants. the kitty had worms and weighed about 8 lbs, but he was fixed. we got him his fiv test, shots, etc. "chef" was very loving and grateful. he maintained a lot of independence, still coming and going as he pleased, but it was clear that he wanted to be with us. then we got a puppy which the cat never really liked, but the two seemed to be working it out until we moved. since then(about 1 month) the cat has not been the same. he HATES the dog, wont leave the closet if the dog is out of his kennel, and he no longer gets to...

  • incontinence

  • Behavior issue

Several months ago, we tried the "Litter Robot" for our 6 year old Siamese. He was terrified of it, so we got rid of it and went back to a normal litter box. He uses the litter box to urinate, but ever since the Litter Robot incident he will not defecate in his litter box. Instead, he goes on the floor in the same room as his litter box. This was never an issue before. Is there anything we can do to get him going #2 in his box again?

  • Wild Pups

Hi, My dog gave birth to 11 puppies Oct 1, 2007. I was able to find great homes for 9 of them. I have 2 left, 1 male and 1 female, and they're a bit wild. Trouble seems to be a bit worse, of course. They always stay within arms length. What can I do to get them to come to me and be more of a people person dog? Thank you.

  • Female Dogs & Fighting

This question is not about Champ, its for my other two, older chihuahua females. They get along great, but sometimes they start to fight, especially at night. Their jaws lock together and one always comes out bleeding or limping. Sometimes it happens 2-3 times a day or not at all. Would getting them fixed help the sitation by stopping the fighting?
