My cat's tummy has been bulged and she occasionaly has diarria. I have given her worm medicine and I haven't noticed anything different. Is it worms? Or could it be something else?

My puppy is constipated, HELP!
Posted on 2008/09/19 by DianaMy puppy was neutered yesterday and I've noticed the he hasnt had a BM for 1 1/2 days. He's eating normal and did urinate in the morning. I've been giving him water. It seems like hes in slight pain? Can I give him milk? or olive oil?
