Hiya, When we came home on Thursday, our cat was making a funny noise. When we went to see him he was coughing and managed to bring up some foam. Since then he has still been coughing and sneezing but hasn't been sick since. He is still eating happily and going outside as normal, which is why we haven't been too concerned. However, the coughing sounds really sore. Is there anything wrong with him and is there anything we can do to help, or does he need medication? Thanks for you help

Puppy with bloody stool
Posted on 2007/12/23 by SianI have recently bought two pedigree pups - cockers spaniels. They are 8 weeks old and I have had them for two days. Unfortunately there are lots of 'accidents' indoors still and I've noticed that one of them has more runny poo and there is blood in it - this seems to be getting worse. They are both having the same food as before - biscuits soaked in water - and nothing else apart from water. Two days ago when I first got them home one of my cats brought a dead mouse in and Max picked it up and brought it into another room - the vet said to watch if he acted ill or differently to Monty but nothing apart from the bloody stool now. Should I take him to the vet tomorrow?...

dog atopy - biting and chewing at feet

I took him to a vet and he said that it could be atopy, contact allergy or food allergy.He gave my dog a shot but now my dog is doing it again. I would like to know more about atopy. Please help!

??Brain tumor
Posted on 2008/01/24 by DMy 15 year old Bichon is blind s/p unsuccesful cataract surgery; now deaf - unknown cause; has started barking and wanting something 2-5 times each night. We finally figured out he wanted food - then drinks of water - then to go out He had a grand mal seizure after being upset about getting dried after a bath, none observed except that one. He paces constantly, had a motor deficit episode this weekend that seems to have resvoled except for odd head tilt movements - almost like Tourettes! I am thinking brain tumor - any thoughts?? Diane

Posted on 2008/01/27 by ElizabethI know this sounds weird...my dog was taking a nap on the couch and when she got up there was a HUGE wet mark on the couch. It was a clear liquid (not urine because I sniffed it) and this actually happened earlier this week (but I didn't think anything of it). She has been eating and acting normal. She is a 3.5 year old Jack Russel/Lab mix. Any ideas? Thank you!
