He eat something bad and he has diarrhea in the last 2 days, otherwise he`s fine. I would like to know what kind of medicine he can take to stop it and what dose? I heard about Pepto-bismol works good. Thanks

PLease help my puppy!
Posted on 2007/12/19 by UserMy 2 year old shih tzu has developed a white muscas-like "string" comming from her left eye. It appears to be stuck to the eye ball, and I was scared to pull on it just in case. The vet told me to apply a very diluted salt-water solution to the eye, but is there anything else that I could do to help heal her? Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Eye Injury
Posted on 2007/12/26 by bryan1 y/o Husky, white w/ blue eyes. Cat scratched dog in the eye on Dec 24. That night and the morning of the 25th dog kept eye closed. evening of 25th eye was fully opened again, vision appears normal. Original color of eye was light blue. Now eye is a yellowish/golden color. Could the scratch have somehow changed the pigmentation of the eye or will this clear up in time ?

The thing is his house mate is Purranha who is 5 and they have both been neutered since they were kittens. I managed to get a picture but i don't think i need to explain what could be considered kitty porn. (groan, sry for the bad joke). Omelet's regular vet has noticed a heart murmur and an enlarged thyroid in him, but she says that is not unusual in a cat of his age. He also has anxiety issues if I am away for more than several days. (I prefer to have my guys at home with a cat sitter, usually my roommate, whom he knows well rather than boarding...

Swollen Scrotum and Strange Red Spot

Yesterday his scrotum became very swollen and there is a large (larger than a quarter) red blotch on one side of his penis and onto his belly area. His lymph gland is swollen on that side as well. I took him to the vet immediately and they said it was normal--that he licked himself or was getting too much exercise. He has been monitored 24/7 but might have licked himself at night briefly without me knowing or infected it when he decided to sit on a pile of dirt in my yard two days after surgery rather than pee.
