Through an MRI we found out she had a stroke caused by a blood clot ( not colesteral)Her awareness and orientation improved but last week everything reversed. What would have caused the change - can it change again - what should I anticipate

Bull terrier bitch with severe folliculitis

Blood in Urine

I know that this could be a urinary infection but what other possibilities are there? How soon should I get her to a vet.. I'm on a very very limited budget.

Lethargic hamster
