Misty has a problem with one if her birth canals so we r having to get her a c-section.She is 9 years old and this is her last litter. Would getting her spayed while they r doing the c-section be a bad idea?

eating habits
Posted on 2008/03/19 by wendyWe just got a 3 1/2 year old black lab and the family we got her from fed her table scraps every night along with her beneful dry food. So we have been just giving her the beneful but she won't eat it unless we put soem people food in it. I want to get out of that habit. I was thinking of getting the beneful wet dog food that looks like people food. DO you think I should try this?

My dog is having puppies...
Posted on 2008/04/02 by Shawnamy dog had puppies today at 2:50pm, 3:30pm, then another pup at 8:00pm. It is 10:50pm now, and I think she still has one more pup (am pretty sure I felt it move just now), but she is not having visible contractions now. Is this normal to take so long for a litter to be born?

My 2 year old red nosed pit has got this lump in between his toes and i dont know what it is and no money to take him to the vet it doesnt really seem to be buggin him he licks it from time to time he get mad when i push on it to hard. Short Breaths

Can't get up or stand well on slick floors

She has been getting progressively worse for about a year. The onset was a difficulty sitting still. when sitting, her front feet would slowly slide out in front of her. Then she began having trouble moving quickly on the tile floors. Her back legs would slide out from under her and she would go down on her hips. Lately she has trouble getting up off her bed when her front feet are on the tile. She has either become incontinent, or just can't get up to go, so she soils her bed every day or so.
