My cat is an indoor kitty.A little more than three weeks ago,he got out in a severe storm.He was lost for three days but came home.He was dirty,lost a bit of weight but,in general,looked ok.I changed his food from dry to wet to help him gain his weight back.He had a small "normal"discharge from one eye,nothing significant.Six days ago,there was a marked change in his behavior.He will not come when called.He does not want to be held(this is a cat that stayed in my arms all day).He no longer sleeps with me as he did.He cried constantly to go outside.When I wouldn't let him,he urinated on a sofa(not a spray-saturated).He cleaned himself excessively(all over,not...

i just went outside and my 10 year old carin terrier was laying on the ground, foaming at the mouth. he had peed all over himself and his legs and head were sort of moving slowly in the air. that was five minutes ago, now he is barking and howling at nothing. he had a rabies shot a month ago, so what is going on?
