Human Glucosamine
Posted on 2009/04/28 by KateHI My 9 year old collie cross has been recently diagnosed with arthritis and the vet has recomended Glucosamine. I know this can be purchased via the internet, but i am confused as to what the doseage should be. Apart from a slow start in the mornings and after a long time lay down (when it's a bit of an effort to get up), she(my dog) appears well and happy. She still swims in the river on a regular basis and chases the odd ball when she finds a willing playmate. She is eating and drinking normally and i give her oily fish 2x weekly. Can i give her MY low dose glucosamine?? Thanks

My onion eating Chihuahua
Posted on 2009/01/25 by UserI have a 4 month old, 2 1/2 pound Chihuahua. I know that they are not supposed to have onions. I had about 6 slices of cooked onion on a plate and left the room. When I came back she had eaten them. What should I do?? Is she going to be alright?

duralactin
Posted on 2009/04/13 by UserIs there any real difference between duralactin canine and duralactin equine. I bought equine accidentally and I am giving it to my dog. Of course I only give here 3000mg per day based on her weight. Thanks Richard..........
