my dog have a patch its starts to dry out then it goes on blood and the peel starts to fall out what that might be my vet told me its dry skin that causes infection but he also told me that other dogs wont take it and now my other dog has it too what that might be? my fathers dog got something like it too is this inherited ? my dogs r not from same parents

vomiting green
Posted on 2008/09/01 by BarbaraShe has vomitted 5 times today, twice this morning the fluid was clear however 3 times this afternoon the fluid has been green with white chunks in it. She isnt drinking very much water, but when she does she vomits it up. I have offed ice cubes which she normally loves and she is no interrested at all. I am not sure what to do

My dog's itching is crazy... for the past year+
Posted on 2008/09/02 by JasonHello, for over a year my dog has had a terrible itching problem. She's a little white dog, part bichon & part poodle and apparently they are the worst for these cases. I've taken her to the vets so many times over the past year+, they've run countless tests, given her a variety of medications and we've changed her food to a hypo-allergy food (Orange bag from the vets, she's been on that since at least May). A few weeks ago I took her back in because I thought she might have flees. She constantly was chewing herself all over from the back, legs and butt. I used revolution on her all summer and now their changing it to a new one. They didn't find any fleas...

red itchy bumps
Posted on 2008/09/02 by Usermy 5 month old dog has red bumps on the leg/arm pits. they look like smalls nipples. i have been cleaning them twice daily with salt water but they are not clearing up. she has had the rash for 5 days. any suggestions gratefully received.

non stop iching/ nothing is helping
Posted on 2008/09/02 by Userhi i have a min pin and i have had her for just over a year now. she is about a year and a half old. she itches constantly unless she is sleeping. the biggest problem areas are under her front arms and eyes and back legs and neck. i have had to spend thousands on her over this past year to try and get her better. nothing has helped what so ever. i have had to keep a cone on her head 100% of the time becuase if i dont the second i take it off she is itching her eyes to the point of bleeding. i can just tell that she is very iuncomfortable 100% of the time. she has not been herself. i have had second opinions by 3 different vets and they all tell me the same thing and test...

Cat emergency
