14 yr cat with lethargy,no appetite hides in corner, diarrhea gone since off lite food lost 5 lbs,back on sensative diet blood test shows kidney liver fine, high glucose, 300's on glargine insulin 1 wk, slight lower 300's , still no eat hides in corner listless, help
