Well she rescued both of them.They are Yorkies/mixed she thinks.whiskey and Jetes well the trouble is with whiskey He just potties all over the place.They just don't know what to do anymore. They are a working couple they walk the dogs before they go to work and when they come home. And then a few more times before the night ends.Now they are trying to crate train and they have no idea how to do that and if it is even going to help.And we think whiskey was abused.And he has food aggression.His age is they think is between 5-7.He has been to there vet and they asked if it can be physical the vet said no.So they just...

cat amputee
Posted on 2009/03/02 by UserI have a cat that had her foot cut off due to an accident with a bad cut. She had it wrapped and wrapped with nitrofurozone and amoxicillian was given 3xs a day. Problem is, the end of the leg is very red strll and this is 3 months at least later. It also leaks and forms a scab every day till the cat lickes it off. She has had the wrappings off for the past 3 weeks. It does not smell nor is the fluid any thing other than clear. I wonder if this normal with amputees. My vet costs so much and Ive spent a real fortune on my kitty and I dont wish to spend more IF it is not needed. Any thoughts?

Cat peeing on bed
Posted on 2009/05/11 by UserMy 12 yr old cat has peed on my bed twice in three days. She uses a litter box and doesn't ever do this. There is a new dog in the house that may be making her mad but I'm worried it could be diabetes. Is there any way to tell?

Lymphoma or Lymes disease?
Posted on 2009/05/25 by UserMy dog is now being tested for limphoma, have to wait a week for results. He has been ill for the odd 2-3 days over the last few months, nausious but not sick, fever, limp on front right leg, each time he has been given a 1 week course of antibiotics & anti inflammatories, then he is ok for 4-6 weeks then same symptoms, he had scans for tumours & blood tests, came back negative so vet gave him a 2 week course on that visit, same symptoms the other day so booked him in, he was getting better but I took him anyway, vet said his lymph glands are up this time so that is different, she said only 1 dog that she has seen with swollen lymph glands did not have cancer....

9 1/2 year old boxer
Posted on 2009/05/26 by Usertook my dog camping and he had some kind of problem he started pawing at his face and choking he had no control he could not walk was drooling he tried to get up and had no control he could not even stand he flopped over I thought he was going to break his legs or something was it a stroke or a seizure or heat stroke or did he have a reaction to something he was sluggish for about 36 hours he seems fine now but I dont want to see that again he is a boxer and is 9 1/2 years old. I hope you got his pic he is a beautiful dog.

Posted on 2009/01/29 by UserMy dog has bloody diarrhea and vomited what seems to be bile. He has not vomited again since he has had the diarrhea. He is not acting like he is in any pain and is not acting as if he has less energy.
