Our 9 year old male cat has just started having bowel movements 3 or 4 times a week in the den instead of in one of the two litter boxes we have. We have another cat (female 11 yrs old). We change the litter daily and keep it fresh. Use the clump type litter. He still wets in the boxes. We cannot figure out what his problem is. Can you help?

i have a mini-dacshund.he is a male about 14 yrs.old.this morning we were playing with one of his toys when he just fell over like he was having a seizure which lasted about 20 seconds.my vet is not there until mon.he seemed fine all day except that he just really laid around most of the time.around 5:30 p.m. i took them out to go to the bathroom when i heard him yelp again and the same thing as this morning happened

Posted on 2008/12/28 by UserOur dog is approx 10 yrs old- adopted through Pet Lifeline... was supposed to be 1/2 Daschund and 1/2 unknown- we now believe he is part lab, part border collie and whatever else. He is the best dog!!! He began this morning with what we thought might be a toothache, crying when we touched around his mouth. We called the vet- and, he told us to give him a Bayer aspirin and we should bring him in the morning. Now, he is walking in circles, and he cries when he tries to lay down. He has a good appetite and has had regular water and vitamin water to drink. We would like to make him comfortable tonight to get him to the vet 1st thing in the morning... any ideas or...

I just took him to the vet this morning, and they said if he's eating and going to the bathroom then he should be fine

Advice about my little dog
Posted on 2009/01/07 by Usermy little dog, age 14, has lost weight (from 14 pounds down to about 9 or 10 pounds, throws up if eats too much, even water if drinks too much He never has but now chews paper too. I am very worried and will take him to my vet soon. Got any ideas for now ? Thanks - Riley
