My bulldogs got into a fight last night and one is hurt pretty bad. He had a little blood coming out of his nose last night but I gave him a bath to clean him up and it stopped. This has happened to another dog before so I just cleaned him up as our vet advised the last time. My consern now is that when he went to the bathroom this morning he had blood in his pee. Should I take him to the emergency room?

What to do for a vomiting puppy?

My concern is internal bleeding and I can't get him to the emergency room for several more hours. This attact has happened over 14 hours ago...

Cat leg fracture
Posted on 2009/03/01 by UserI really need your advice please. My 8 month old kitten broke her leg last Tuesday 26th February. She had the leg reset during surgery last Friday and I was advised the break was a clean one but close to the joint. I am really concerned however as my vet advised me to keep her as still as possible otherwise it may result in her losing her leg. What I really would like to know is just how still I ned to keep her. Obviously, I am finding it hard to restrict her movement totally and she is still walking around my house and jumping onto things such as my bed and sofa. If my kitten was to do some further damage, God forbid, would it be possible to reset the leg again and save...

My pup has parvo, he's 2 months old and has been going to vets. They have been giving him antibiotics. Although he's not drinking I've been syringing water into him which is luke warm. He now has a cold which I think is the onset of pneumonia and down to me. Should I stop syringing?

Loose stools
Posted on 2009/07/30 by UserMy Tibetan spaniel was treated for kennel cough with antibiotics, Fortiflora and meds for diarrhea. it is 2 weeks after I stopped the meds and she is still having loose stools. i'm feeding her rica, chicken and a bit of pumpkin at the moment and after 6 days it has not helped very much. Before the illness she had a a tendancy to have loose stolls, but I was getting results with grain free food. She weighs 6 pounds and is 14 months old. What can I do?

Posted on 2009/08/10 by BenI HAVE A 6 WEEK OLD KITTEN WHO IS SHOWING AN ODD NECK ROTATION..IN FULL ROTATION..BUT MOSTLY TO THE LEFT..NOTHING PALPABLY OBVIOUS IN THE NECK REGION..SHE IS NOT SCRATCHING HER EARS..AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HER EYESIGHT..SHE DOES SEEM TO BE OFF BALANCED..AND SEEMS TO BE IN NO PAIN..AND WHEN I MOVE HER NECK AROUND..SHE SEEMS TO BE IN NO PAIN...SHE'S EATING..DRINKING WATER..AND STILL NURSES..SHE DOES WALK INTO A BIG CIRCLE WHEN SHE'S TRYING TO MOVE FORWARD..IS THIS AN EAR INFECTION??OR DID SHE SOMEHOW HURT HER NECK??..WE CAN NOT AFFORD A VET..ANY HELP WE CAN RECEIVE..WOULD B GREATLY APPRECIATED..
