I have trimmed my dogs claw too close and it is bleeding. What should I do to prevent infection? It doesn't seem to be bleeding any more.

My dog, Daisy, is 14, been in very good health. Saw a Vet two weks ago, says she is fine, just aged. She has always vomited occasionally. The las week or so, she will not touch her dog food, but would eat a treat. She would eat hamburger, etc. This weekend she would not eat on Saturday, until Sat. night, then ate some homemade spaghetti, but no dog food. Yesterday she at some in the morning, had nemerous treats during the day and would eat hardly anything at night. I came home a few minutes ago, and she had vomited a white foamy, mucusy looking substance. I have her an appointment this afternoon, but would appreciate any info please.

itching and scratching
Posted on 2008/12/22 by UserMy dog keeps itiching and scratching. I know he doesnt have fleas or ticks beacause he was bathed with a insect killer shampoo and he was also treated with medication to kill insects. So I was wondering if there are any other reasons why he would be itching and sratching so much? Specific itching areas include: ears, feet, tail, and his sides.

Facial lumps in Staffies
Posted on 2008/12/22 by UserHi my Staffordshire Bull Terrier has developed a lump on his face (it is under the skin but just big enough to cause the hair to part on his face). It doesn't seem to hurt him at all - could this be anything sinister? Thank you.

My 8 year old Cho. lab has started the habit of eating her own feces. We have 5 acres and it is hard for me to clean up after her all the time. In trying to break her of this habit, I was wondering if I sprayed it with vinegar or something like that to deter her from eating it. Thank you for your input.
