my puppy just vomited a light brown log looking substance. he did this about an hour after he ate. my concern is he never done this before and the vomit smelt like fesces. so much so i could not stand to clean it up. i have smelt vomit before but not like this. he seems fine now. i even gave him a small milk bone and he is still fine.

Aural Hematoma
Posted on 2008/12/01 by LisaHi, I had a cat that developed aural hematoma. When it started it really wasn't that swollen and didn't have any pus present. However, I took the cat to my mother-in-law's so that my other pets wouldn't bother him and he wouldn't contaminate them. The lady that had him decided to take it upon herself (without my knowledge), to drain his ear. She used a dirty, unsterilized jackknife, and needless to say, his ear became severely infected. I called a few times over the next couple of days, and she failed to mention that she had done this. Posted on 2008/12/01 by UserMY PITBULL HAS TROUBLE WITH EAR INFECTIONS, IS THERE SOMETHING OVER THE COUNTER THAT WILL WORK FOR HER? ALSO, SHE TEARS AT HER FEET, ESPECIALLY THE TOES SOMETIMES TILL THEY BLEED. ALMOST LIKE SHE WANTS TO BITE THEM OFF. ANY SUGGESTIONS? ALSO, SHE HAS A PRETTY BAD ODOR, EVEN AFTER A BATH. THANKS.

Cat has knot above shoulder
Posted on 2008/12/01 by UserI just noticed a knot right above my 8 year old cat's left shoulder. It's small about the size of a small gum ball. Should I be worried? She acts just fine and has always been very healthy and has been an indoor cat all her life. We have one other young male cat who likes to pick fights with her sometimes, but nothing serious. Should I have a vet check it out? I just don't want to incur major fees for nothing.

my dog has a red leathery like rash on the inside of his leg around the groin area. The rash has been there for two weeks. He doesn't seem bothered by it at all.
