dog poisoned by flea/tick medicine...
Posted on 2009/02/14 by UserSeargant's flea and tick medicine made my dog extremely sick. Vet said to bathe in dish soap bath, give foods that contain Atropine naturally. We did that, but after 30 hours she is still drooling, temp. 103, and restless. What now?

My Dog won't eat
Posted on 2009/01/24 by UserFirst I want to start off I want you to know that we have taken our dog to the vet and she has been give meds for an infection but the problem is she will not eat so ends up spiting up and the pills partially digested. The vet has given us and appetite stimulant but this still has changed anything (she is still not eating). She is however drinking. What can we do to start her eating again?

Posted on 2008/11/24 by Sandraso last night we were able to get her to sleep and drinking again and this morning she got out of her pen went to the bathroom and show some energy for a couple hours she looks like she might be getting better is it true that if she had parvo this could happen and just be tricking us into believing it's getting better should i still be worried could she just have eaten something bad outside and maybe gotten sick from it cause they it the sticks and seeds that fall from the hickory tree as well as chew up any of the toys the kids leave out. and she still is trying to throw up some thing but only foam comes out.

Gassy Stomach
Posted on 2008/11/15 by UserMy dog has been having some issue's when she eats, it doesn't happen all the time but maybe once a week. Her stomach gets big and gassy, it usually passes by the next morning but last week it ran into almost 3 days and my dog ended up being constipated. Is this just gas? I wonder if she is over eating or maybe it is the dog food she is on? I have been feeding her beneful for most of her life, she is about 12 years old now. My vet told me to keep some childrens mylicon on hand and give her a dose when she gets like that, it did work the last time I noticed her having stomach issue's. Could this possibly be my dogs food?? I called the animal hospital one night fearing it...
