Posted on 2008/12/01 by UserThankyou for your advice but i do'nt think my hamster has survived. It has very cold but pale pink feet and she smells rotten. My hamster was only 5 months old so thats why i cant understand why it just could of died! I wanted experts advice on whether you think she has passed away or not? She is still very floppy not stiff, her eyes are like slits, very pale pink feet, a very cold body and her whiskers are not twitching. As i say i think she is gone because her heart doe'ent seem to be beating... Yvonne kerr.

Because my friend did the same and thought her hamster had passed away, then found out from an expert that it was just hibernating. That is why i wanted your advice. Yvonne Kerr

Hamster blood in urine
Posted on 2008/12/01 by UserMy hamster has blood in urine and I took her to the vet and he said she has a urine infection. He gave me baytril for to give to the hamster every 12 hours for 10 days. It was clearing up but when I finished the meds it came back. Now he gave me sulfamethoxazole to give the hamster every 12 hours for 1 month. I have been using it for 5 or 6 days and no improvement. Any ideas. She seems to be acting normal though.

cat has diaharrea
Posted on 2008/12/01 by Usermy cat is @6-7mo old..has had diaharrea for @3-4 days, changed her food to Taste of the Wild, her "second eyelid" shows, but she has a very healthy appetite, drinks plenty of water and is still very playful and energetic (she plays with our other 2 cats. Her stools are very foul smelling...Help!!

Weim Stinky ears
Posted on 2008/12/31 by DerekMy Weimaraner has floppy ears and he has been shaking his head a lot and has a foul smell from the ears and also there is a dark brown-light black wax inside his ears that I have cleaned out twice with a wash cloth with Hydrogen proxide twice but it is not getting any better. from what I have read online I believe it is a outer ear infection and one person said feed him plain yogurt and I tried that it did not have any effect and also I heard that it may be ear mites but I was wondering if there is any home remedies for this or not I have an appointment with our vet on saturday to check it out but if it is a simple fix or something I can get at petsmart then I might...
