He is loosing his hearing and sight although he does not seem in pain could the constant wetting be something to do with his kidneys or just old age i do not want him to suffer or loose his dignity he is a beautiful old man would having him put to sleep be his only option or can he be helped

  • Cat With Bright Bloody Stool

My cat Eika was wormed twice about 4 months ago because our home had got flea infested when we had a friends dog stay for awhile. We moved out of the house right before she got wormed and she had no fleas. When we moved a few months passed and she started the vomitting again and we saw the rice shaped things by her anus.We took her to a different vet this time to get wormed and she said that she should be fine now. She still has no fleas but has been vomitting on occasion and her feces has BRIGHT BRIGHT red blood in it. I dont know what to do anymore the vets just keep saying she has worms when I tell them that. Please help me!!!! I love her so much, she acts fine also...

  • roundworms

Can round worms live outside after the cat poops in the litter box or vomits them onto the rug

  • injury?

dog won't walk on rear leg. Didn't notice anything unusual when I took her on our morning walk, but when I got home from work, she is hopping around on three legs, with the "injured" leg curled up. I have a vet appointment tomorrow, and she doesn't cry when I touch her leg. Any ideas?

  • Two different eyes

Just recently my cats pupil's of the eyes changed shape. Her left pupil is a complete black circle (with barely any green behind it) and her right looks like a cat eye - up and down () It doesnt seem to be caused by light - I tryed covering her eyes to see if they adjust at all, only the right pupil does.. What can this be a sign of? This is a link to a similar cat on google - but my cats left pupil is 99% pupil. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2221/2156007948_967e7c8a1c.jpg?v=0

  • Sick dog

My boxer has been throwing up the last 2 weeks. The past week , he will not eat a thing. All he does is dring water. My other boxer died with the same symptoms in May. They said she had cancer of the stomach. Could this boxer have the same thing? He is doing the same thing she did. I do not have the money at this time to take him to the vet and I do not want to watch him starve to death. Do you think he has the same thing or something else?

  • overall health

I have a yorkie 9 months old. I got him at a pet shop. It wasnt until after I got my beautiful yorkie that I found out about puppy mils and how many pet shops get their pets from there. And that puppy mils usually do not take proper care of the puppies. I don't know if smokey came from a puppy mil but the idea scares me. I really dont see nothing wrong with my yorkie and he has been to the vet. But there is some concern about his right hind leg. Apprerently he might have a problem that is part of small breeds with his knee not going into place and staying there when he does things like sit and jump or run. ( luxating patella )The vet told me its a normal thing for small...

  • breathing problems?

Dazzle has 7 puppies-about 5 weeks old. 6 males, 1 female, 2 fawn 5 black. Several of the pups have been having attacks where they throw their heads back, take breathing gulps through the mouth, drool and sneeze and dribble snot out of their noses. They shake. After wiping their noses and holding them, eventually they calm down and drift off to sleep and stop the shaking. We have seen this happen in a litter before, and the vet gave us some nose drops with steriods that seem to calm them down and allow them to breath after 15 minutes or so. Is this an allergy reaction to something? They are in a cardboard box with newspaper lining, eat Pedigree dog food, canned and some...

  • my dog has two visible lumps in her lower mammery glands and i felt another small one growing under the skin. is it too late to treat her? does she still need to take a biopsy? how much would a treatment for that cost?

  • I'm worried my cat might have swallowed a fine-chain necklace, possibly 2 days ago. I can't find it anywhere in the house but it was in a box on my coffee table and only the charm is left. I'm pretty sure she took it but not sure if she swallowed it or took it outside. Is she likely to have vomited it back up or pass it through her system? She had diarrheoa last night and this evening has tried to go to the toilet but hasn't been able to go (she has been able to urinate). Is there anything I can do? I can't go to the vets until the morning, will it be too late?
