Vomit and odd stool
Posted on 2008/10/21 by UserI gave my dog a vet approved dewormer 2 days ago for round and hook worms. It appeared to have worked that day because she was expelling the worms each time she went to the bathroom. I thought they were gone, because this eventually stopped. Today, however, she began to expel a spongy yellow feces with what appeared to be more worms in it. I asked my vet about it, and she could not give me a good reason. Also, I had to take my dog in to the vet today because she was vomiting liquid that appeared to irritate her. The vet just gave her fluids, some canned foods and told me to withhold food and water for several hours and reintroduce gradually. She did not give me a...

worried about my dog
Posted on 2008/10/21 by ErinMy dog all of a sudden started shaking and growling at me when I was stirring something in my coffee mug. She has never done this before. She was shaking really bad and the hair on her back was standing straight up. I am not sure what caused this. Can you help?
