Shiloh is my 1year old pitbull who LOVES to chew on plastic bottles, pens, anything like that she can find. Although we try to make sure she doesn't get into any of that it still happens. I had a water bottle on my night stand and she got a hold of it. By the time I caught her the cap was chewed off and the top was chewed off. I pulled a plastic piece out of her mouth. However the last two mornings since it happened she is hacking like she is trying to get something out of her throat. It seems like she gets something out then swallows again. The moment she starts to run or jump around she starts hacking again. I think a piece of plastic is in her throat but i'm not sure....

Hacking!!!

my 7 week old puppy was bit in the muzzle by a large dog there isn't really a puncture wound and he seems fine but there is some major swelling around the eye and his nose was bleeding pretty bad yesterday but like i said hes eating and drinking okay but the swelling is worse what should i do its sunday and no vets are open?

acting weird
Posted on 2008/10/20 by JessMy dog seems to be somewhat wobbly ( Le thargic) while sitting on it's back legs. (Sitting on her butt) She's ok walking and running. But she will drop to her butt suddenly. On a couple of occasions she scoots her butt across the floor. Any ideas?

3 month old puppy
Posted on 2008/10/26 by alisiaI have had Cloe for 2 weeks. The pet shop I got her at said that she had her first 2 set of shots but nothing about de-worming. So I got some de-wormer and gave her the frist dose on a Sunday. By Wensday she threw up twice and now has diarrhea. She has had diarrhea now for about 4 days it started going away but then just came back. Should I take her to the vet or is there something I should give her??
