It sounds like your pet definitely needs to be taken in for an exam. In female dogs that aren't spayed and either had or haven't had puppies,we worry about pyometra among other things that can happen . Pyometra is a uterine infection when the uterus has been open and accumulates bacteria. This can make them really sick. The symptoms you are describing sounds like a dog that isn't feeling well. Finding out why she isn't feeling well takes some work. I would recommend taking your dog in and having your vet look at her. They might start with some bloodwork and see how the organs are doing. They will also check her milk production to make sure she's making enough. Could also be she just needs a break from the puppies. Sometimes they can be very overwhelmed. Just with the symptoms  it's hard to say without looking at her personally. You can check her gum color at home to see what it is. A normal dog's gum color should be pink. If's it's not pink and looks pale white, yellow then she definitely needs to be looked at.
