My 5 year old german shorthair female seems to have a bit of swelling in the lymph nodes in her front leg "armpits." Should I see a vet?

Is there anything in the forelimbs that would account for this- such as a skin infection or sore pads? If there's no obvious cause of enlarged lymph nodes it wouldn't bea bad idea to get her checked- are any of the other lymph nodes enlarged? Is she unwell in herself? If they've only been enlarged for a day or two there's no harm in waiting to see if they go back down, but more than a week i think you should see a vet.
