My dog has had a green eye discharge. She has also thrown up twice in the past two days. I do not know if the symptoms are related.

It's difficult to say- sometimes an eye infection will occur if they are run down for other reasons, but the vomiting doesn't sound too severe. If she is bright in herself and the vomiting isn't profuse or bloody, it's ok to keep an eye on it. If there's a chance that she's swallowed a foreign body, as adolescent dogs often do, she should get checked out. The eyes may need treatment as green discharge usually means infection- this will sometimes clear up on it's own, but sometimes not. If the eyes are very red, cloudy or swollen she should be checked by a vet.
