My dog has bloody diarrhea and vomited what seems to be bile. He has not vomited again since he has had the diarrhea. He is not acting like he is in any pain and is not acting as if he has less energy.

He may just havea doggie virus or ate something that didn't agree with his stomach. I would recommend a bland diet of boiled chicken and plain rice for a few days until his stool is back to normal. If the vomiting continues I would bring him to a vet. Blood in the stool is a sign of large bowel inflammation. Or intestinal parasites. If it doesn't resolve in 24-48 hours I would have him checked.
