Our dog has had diarrhea and no appitite for 4 days with occational vomiting. We have absolutely NO money to take her to a vet but don't know what we can do to help her. Any suggestions.

Has she eaten anything for the last 4 days? If not this sounds very serious and I really think you should take her to the vet. Maybe they can make an installment plan for you.
If she has been eating a little bit, then you could try to starve her for 24 hours, and then start a bland diet of chicken and rice, (with no skin, fat, bones or spice!). Feed this in several small meals (3-4) throughout the day, for about 3 days and then start gradually introducing the old food as well (feed both for 3-4 days). You could try a probiotic paste, they might advice you on which product to use at the vets, and this may help the diarrhoea (it is over-the-counter). You could also get probiotics online, which may be cheaper. (See link below)
If after all this she is still vomiting and /or not eating then something serious is going on and you must bring her to the vet for treatment.
