My cat has been sick with a fever, they are not sure what is wrong but currently have her on cyproheptadine, metronidazole, orbax, and penicillian, i am currently cyringe feeding her so don't like giving her the c. to increase her appetite. Her emp. has gone down but she seems to be weaker, I feel that all the meds together are weakening her, could this be true?

It's really difficult to say why she is weakening without a specific diagnosis, but it is far more likely to be the illness than the medications. It wouldn't be unreasonable to drop the cyproheptadine if you are successfully syringe feeding her- but check with your vet first. You should definitely continue the other meds until a specific diagnosis changes the treatment plan. Good luck.
