My dog has not ate for three days. He has not used the bathroom either. He has been just lying around sleeping or simply lying there. He recently started making a sound like he is coughing up a fur ball, I am very worried

You need to take Milo to the vet immediately - he could be having any number of problems, tops on my list being heart failure.
