I have a 1-1/2 year old lab which seems to always have weepy eyes, no mucus just some drainage

    This may be normal for your dog - often, some dogs have a bit of excess discharge, perhaps due to a mild allergy (which would certainly be common in a Labrador).  If it isnt bothering him, I would just wipe it away as needed.  Good luck!
