My dog keeps scracthing his left ear and i have tryed ear drops but they dont work. What could i do to make it stop?

IS the ear red and is there any discharge?
What drops have you been using? what do you use to clean the ears? and what food do you feed?
Itchy ears are often related to underlying allergies and/or ear infections. So this is really something that you should get checked over by your vet. Your vet may need to prescribe an oral medication as well as ear drops to help this problem out.
