my female cat developd a rash kind a around her last 2 nipples bottom she is pulling on them and around and it look like she is getting irritated and lesions are forming,also she is not always after them just at times,also have small lesions beside the nipples area.

You should have her examined by your veterinarian to rule out any serious issue. Femal cats can get mammary tumors, and treatment before it gets worse will be best! Good Luck Carole
