my dog was recenly kicked in the face by a horse and now her eye is swollen shut and she is shutting the other also. is there anything i can do to help her?

Hi there. I strongly reccomend you take her to the vet asap as there may be some serious damage to the eye and as these are dlicate organs, the sooner they are looked at the better. You can rinse the eye with boiled (cooled) water and apply an ice pack (wrapped in a towel) to the area if she'll tolerate it but please take her to the vet asap.
