puppy eats his own waste and licks his urine. Is this a vitamin problem?

NO it is a bad habit and your vet can give you a powder that you put in his food so next time he eats his food he will hate the taste and discourage the behavior. In regards to the urine, make sure he has plenty of water and try puppy pads so the urine will be soaked up in your absence instead of making a puddle. Good luck
