all of a sudden in the past 30 minutes my new puppy has pee'd on the floor about 16 times, and only the first 1 was yellow he's peeing every 2 minutes straight water, what's wrong?

You should probably get him checked by your vet today, as there are several possibilities. He may have a urinary tract infection or it may be normal if he has been drinking a lot or eaten some fairly high salt food. There are some other obscure causes too that your vet may check into if it persists
