It is possible if it was a drastic food change. You should always change foods gradually by slowly adding larger amounts of the new food to the old food.
Another reason for blood in her stool could be intestinal worms, which are normal for all puppies. I suggest you consult your regular veterinarian and have them run a fecal test to see what the actual cause is.
