Hi there. It sounds like this is a long term problem....ie has been happening for months? Is she a long-haired cat? Is she bringing up hairballs at all? If she is well otherwise and has a pretty good appetite, the most likely causes for these are hairballs and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. You can get special diets for hairballs (science plan make one), as well as gentle laxatives that can help with this problem. The only way to definatively diagnose IBD is by Surgical biopsy of the intestines. This could definately be a viable obtion if conservative management doesn't work. I think initially, it would be worthwhile trying a hypoallergenic diet that is fed in small meals frequently. You may have to seperate her from the other cats during feeding. Most of these diets are prescription diets so would require a visit to the vet first. Many of them are available (with prescription) at discounted prices here
